Budgeting & Cost Control : Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance : Maintain quality standards through effective monitoring and control mechanisms.
Stakeholder Management : Handle communication and expectations with investors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Reporting & Compliance : Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation to stakeholders and authorities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven experience in managing projects from excavation to finishing stage, especially in luxury / premium developments.
Skills Required

Expertise in project planning and scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project, Asta).
Excellent budgeting, cost control, and analytical abilities.
