Key Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end UK Payroll Processing is mandatory.
- Process monthly payroll runs and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Perform FPS, EPS, GTN reconciliation and ensure timely submission to HMRC.
- Handle gross and net overpayment calculations .
- Knowledge of year-end payroll activities (End of Year, Start of Year, P11D) and reporting in line with legislation.
- Analyze and validate pre- and post-payroll run reports.
- Ensure SLA compliance by executing payroll tasks as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
- Provide expert advice and interpretation of payroll legislation to support team members.
Requirements
ERP knowledge : ORACLE FUSION / EBS (mandatory)In-depth and current knowledge of payroll legislation.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet SLA targets.Previous experience managing a payroll team.Strong Excel skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of compliance requirements.Job Description
