We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in real estate hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet business needs within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management).
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate and infrastructure professionals.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and agencies).
• Ensure best candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Drive employer branding initiatives within the real estate sector.
