Key Responsibilities

Tech Hiring & Recruitment

• Talent Sourcing : Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and create job descriptions.
• Candidate Management : Source, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
• Recruitment Strategy : Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top tech talent.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

The position will be on third-party payroll with one of our trusted partners.

Remuneration - 4 lacs annually

Work Model - 5 days a week (4 days from office and 1 day from home)
