Job Summary :
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our product development team focused on building next-generation cloud-based solutions for the HR and CRM domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements while ensuring adherence to standards and compliance measures.
You will work under the guidance of the Product Owner and collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify and resolve business problems with innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.Analyze and document current processes, workflows, and business rules.Create detailed specifications, functional documents, and test cases.Work closely with product and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Participate in design discussions and sprint planning.Ensure consistent implementation of compliance and quality standards.Support testing, validation, and training efforts related to new features or enhancements.Communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders during requirement-gathering and review cycles.Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree with 35 years of relevant experience ORMasters degree with 3+ years of experience OR PhD with no prior experience OR Equivalent practical experience.3+ years of business analysis experience in payroll, HCM, or related services.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems.Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and document work efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail, especially in preparing documentation and test cases.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.Nice to Have :

Note is a contract-to-hire position. The initial 3-month contract period will be remote (work from home). Post office setup, the role will transition to a work-from-office position in Hyderabad.
