Role Overview

We are looking for a Backend GoLang Developer with strong expertise in database design, SQL, ORM, ETL, and large data models . The role involves designing high-performance backends, implementing complex business logic, and managing system performance in a fast-paced, computation-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services in GoLang .

Design, manage, and optimize large relational database schemas (MySQL / Postgres or similar).

Implement and manage ORM frameworks (e.g., GORM or equivalent) for efficient DB interactions.

Build APIs (REST / GraphQL) for internal and external system integration.

Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines for data transformation.

Build scalable business logic modules for financial workflows and computation-heavy systems.

Collaborate with architects and front-end developers on system design and API development .

Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance tuning in production.

Support deployment and system monitoring in an onsite environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of backend development experience (preferably in GoLang).

Strong DB design skills , with hands-on experience in SQL optimization and data modeling .

Experience in ETL processes and handling large datasets .

Strong problem-solving and business logic programming capabilities.

Familiarity with system monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning .

Bonus Skills :

Exposure to ERP systems .

Experience with computation-heavy or data-intensive applications .

Knowledge of financial / lending systems .
