LAMP Developer - PHP / MySQL

Role : LAMP developer

Job description

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites using the LAMP stack.
• Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code in PHP / Perl / Python to ensure optimal performance and maintainability.
• Manage MySQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Configure and maintain Linux-based servers running Apache to ensure secure and efficient hosting of web applications.
• Implement security best practices to protect web applications from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for code, configurations, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
• Should have experience in PHP.
• Should have experience in Apache.
• Should have experience in MySQL.
• Knowledge in developing LAMP.
• Improvements, bug fixes in existing software.
• Should be able to maintain existing websites, which are developed in open source format
• Hands on Experience on PHP / Perl, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Smarty
• Web technologies such as HTTP, XML, AJAX, JavaScript - SOAP / XML design / development
• Object-oriented programming and multi-tiered application development experience in web based enterprise applications
