We Are Hiring : General Manager – Factory
For over 25 years, Lafit Lighting has been driving innovation in India’s premium LED lighting industry. We are now looking for a General Manager – Factory to lead our manufacturing facility in Bhiwandi .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end factory operations with focus on efficiency, cost, and quality
- Improve productivity through training, incentives and lean practices (5S, Kaizen, DMAIC)
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and production planning
- Ensure strict quality control and safe working practices
