Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Palghar. The Factory Manager will oversee day-to-day production planning, quality control, and manage overall production and manufacturing operations. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and maintaining standards. Additionally, the Factory Manager will ensure operational efficiency and safety, as well as troubleshoot any issues that arise in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Skills in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with standards
• Proficiency in Operations Management and overseeing manufacturing processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Palghar
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
