Role : Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Sales & Marketing Coordinator to manage client communication over phone and email . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales / marketing coordination and excellent English communication skills.

✅ Key Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales / marketing coordination.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – non-negotiable.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience in IT / digital marketing industry preferred.

Based in Ahmedabad – Work from Office only .

Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients over phone & email.

Support sales and marketing campaigns, including lead follow-ups and coordination.

Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience.

Work Hours Ahmedabad Office (Work from Office only) : 5 : 30 AM – 1 : 30 PM IST (Monday–Friday)

Equivalent to 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM Melbourne Time

Location Intesols – Ahmedabad Office
