We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate who will play a key role in driving revenue growth by reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting them into successful users of our platform. Roles & Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Make outbound calls to both cold and warm leads to drive conversions.
• Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts.
• Report and present sales progress, insights, and updates regularly.
• Manage email and telephonic communication with potential clients.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Goodscore’s products, market trends, and competitors.
• Build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Digital Marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.
• Utilize data effectively to inform decisions and influence outcomes.
