Hiring Backend Technical Lead at Dialflo – Build Dialect Aware AI Systems that talks like a Human!At Dialflo, we’re building Shopify Over Calls – letting businesses run everything through AI-powered voice calls, making phone numbers their new business identity. We’re a Bangalore-based, funded startup, on a mission to build a global brand from India, powered by a team of engineers obsessed with building cutting-edge tech.Note : Please send your application to In your application, please mention one backend project that you are most proud of.What You'll BuildLead the design and development of production-ready voice AI agents.Core backend infrastructure for concurrent voice AI conversationsReal-time voice processing and AI orchestration systemsScalable APIs and monitoring systems for AI deploymentsHigh-performance data pipelinesMentor and guide the engineering team, enforcing best practices and clean code.Participate in architectural decisions and roadmap planning.RequirementsStrong Python expertise and system design skillsProduction experience with REST APIs (Fast API preferred)Deep knowledge of Postgre SQL and RedisHands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) and scalable system design.Deep understanding of speech AI technologies : STT, TTS, ASR, and NLP.Ability to write clean, tested, and maintainable codeWhat Sets You ApartExperience with Web RTC or real-time communicationBackground in audio processing or ML deploymentContributions to open-source projectsExperience with distributed systemsWhat We Offer????
