Job description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Sales to join our dynamic team. This role is central to driving new business, nurturing high-value client relationships, and converting leads into successful projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury sales or client servicing, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities : Sales & Lead Management :

Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Convert qualified leads into sales by understanding client needs and showcasing company offerings.

Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person), presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.

Maintain lead pipeline and track interactions using CRM software or Excel tools.

Client Relationship Management :

Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients through the sales journey.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Provide personalized consultation to clients regarding services, packages, and offerings.

Gather feedback and insights from clients to improve service offerings.

Reporting & Documentation :

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.

Provide weekly / monthly sales reports to the management team.

Assist in developing pricing strategies and market positioning based on client trends.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

Fresher - 2 years of proven experience in sales, client servicing (preferably in luxury weddings, hospitality, or lifestyle services).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Highly organized, target-driven, and proactive in approach.

Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms.

Professional grooming and a client-facing personality.
