Handle professional client communication via emails, calls, and virtual / in-person meetings.
Schedule and follow up on client meetings, ensuring timely reminders and coordination.
Maintain strong follow-up processes with potential and existing clients.
Assist in closing deals and onboarding new clients.
Register and maintain company profiles on various government and private RFP portals.
Use different AI tools effectively for document preparation, data handling, communication, and follow-ups.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks including form filling, documentation, and email communication.
Complete the documentation and submission of proposals for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and RFAs.
Continuously learn new tools and processes and adapt to changing requirements.
Be open to taking on new challenges and growing in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Requirements :
MBA Degree in any stream.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Confident personality, especially in client interactions
Ability to work independently with self-motivation and under pressure
Familiarity with or eagerness to learn AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Grammarly, etc.)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
Fast learner with a growth mindset and positive attitude
