We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Senior IT Recruiter. This key position involves utilizing extensive expertise in ERP, CRM, and niche technology skills to source, screen, and close candidates for specialized IT roles.

Main Responsibilities :

• To lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for ERP, CRM, and niche technology positions.
• Understand client requirements, particularly for Birlasoft projects, and deliver high-quality candidate profiles within set timelines.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and track crucial recruitment metrics.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
