Senior IT Recruiter Role
We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Senior IT Recruiter. This key position involves utilizing extensive expertise in ERP, CRM, and niche technology skills to source, screen, and close candidates for specialized IT roles.
Main Responsibilities :
- To lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for ERP, CRM, and niche technology positions.
- Understand client requirements, particularly for Birlasoft projects, and deliver high-quality candidate profiles within set timelines.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and track crucial recruitment metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Skills & Qualifications :
A minimum of 2-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, showcasing expertise in ERP, CRM, and niche technologies.Prior experience working on Birlasoft hiring is highly advantageous.Strong sourcing abilities utilizing platforms like Naukri, as well as other relevant tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Required Education :
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in HR, IT, or a related field.
