We are seeking an experienced professional to drive end-to-end hiring across APAC as a hands-on Technical Recruiter.
This is not a strategic or HR generalist role, but for a results-driven individual who will directly source, pitch, negotiate, and close top talent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing deals with successful candidates.
- Act as a closer — negotiate offers, handle counter-offers, and secure candidate acceptance through effective communication.
- Provide innovative solutions to overcome talent availability, salary mismatch, or timeline challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring smooth engagement and high offer-to-acceptance ratios through proactive management.
- Partner with APAC hiring managers, providing valuable insights and regular pipeline updates to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Treat recruitment as a sales process, driving key performance indicators such as time-to-fill and closure ratios through data-driven decision making.
Requirements
4–8 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably across APAC markets with proven success in driving hiring cycles.Able to source and close multiple roles per week within Cloud, Software, Infra, Security, and other specialized fields.Strong expertise in candidate management, objection handling, and offer negotiations to ensure successful placements.A sales-driven mindset with excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
