Job Title : Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist . This role will be responsible for researching businesses in our specialization, building demand and supply sides, posting job openings, identifying and shortlisting candidates, and ensuring seamless integration into the hiring organization.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of work experience in recruiting and will be trained in our proprietary methodology for Business Development and Recruitment before taking on the role. Selected candidates will need to be able to travel to work every day from Delhi NCR.
