Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle for our innovative biopharma-focused learning platform in the US market.
Responsibilities :
- Own the entire sales process from prospecting through to deal closure and successful handoff.
- Proactively identify, research, and target potential corporate clients (HR, L&D, Department Heads) within the US biopharma industry using diverse strategies and tools.
- Drive opportunities to a successful close, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct thorough discovery calls and meetings to understand client challenges, training requirements, and organizational objectives, positioning our cohort-based solutions effectively.
- Deliver engaging and tailored demonstrations of our learning platform, clearly articulating its benefits and competitive advantages for biopharma organizations.
Requirements :
A Bachelor's degree.3+ years of B2B sales experience, Edtech, biopharma or SaaS experience preferred.Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Experience selling SaaS, EdTech, corporate training solutions, or directly into the biopharma / pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.Why Join JoVE
