Job Description :

Job Title :  Specialist Quality Engineering

Job Summary :  This position is responsible for performing all functions involved in quality assurance and test execution for new application functionality and interfaces. The role requires good experience and provides deep technical expertise and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and analyze test plans and strategies using advanced testing techniques.
• Write and execute test cases and troubleshoot defects for applications.
• Develop integrated testing solutions that include cross dependencies between organizations and programs.
• Utilize architectural skills to develop data and environment strategies that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
• Perform End-to-End (E2E) testing, encompassing the entire customer experience, including sales, ordering, provisioning, activation, billing, payment processing, and customer service.
• Conduct integrated IT / Network tests to ensure services function correctly, are billed properly, and issues can be resolved or managed.
