We're looking for enthusiastic  Logistics Analysts  to join our global logistics invoice team and contribute to optimizing operations that support our worldwide business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the  purchase administration process  for logistics and warehousing (PO creation, invoicing, compliance).
• Collaborate with  Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) , procurement, and accounts payable teams for smooth operations.
• Audit logistics invoices against contracts and rate tables; proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Build and maintain  data models and billing controls  for LSPs.
• Maintain repository of contracts and rate cards, ensuring timely updates.
• Provide ad hoc support for logistics procurement and operations.
