Danfoss - Senior Software Test Engineer - Automation Testing Tools

Job Description :

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Software Test Engineer to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to identify issues early and drive high standards in software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and track them to resolution using tools like JIRA or similar.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper test coverage and timely bug fixes.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the QA process.
• Work in an Agile environment and actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and Contribute to CI / CD pipeline integration and support test execution in DevOps workflows.
• Mentor junior QA team members and lead test initiatives for major feature rollouts.
