Role Overview :
The Regional Head - Training & Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing, managing, and driving the execution of all training and operational initiatives across colleges in South India. The position ensures that training programs, academic processes, and institutional operations run efficiently and align with organizational standards and strategic goals.
The role involves leading regional teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery of training programs, and maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Regional Operations Leadership
- Lead and manage all training and operational activities across colleges in the South region.
- Ensure smooth execution of programs, adherence to academic and operational SOPs, and timely delivery of outcomes.
- Oversee logistics, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance across partner campuses.
- Coordinate with national operations and central departments for alignment on processes and reporting.
2. Training Management
Drive the implementation of training programs (faculty, student, or institutional capacity-building).Monitor the quality and effectiveness of training sessions, ensuring continuous improvement.Develop regional training plans in collaboration with the central training team.Mentor and support trainers, facilitators, and operational staff.3. Institutional Coordination & Relationship Management
Act as the key regional point of contact for colleges and partner institutions.Build strong relationships with college management, academic heads, and stakeholders.Resolve operational challenges, escalations, and ensure high partner satisfaction.4. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop a high-performing regional operations and training team.Conduct regular reviews, set performance goals, and provide guidance for professional growth.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.5. Reporting & Data Management
Track and report key operational metrics, training outcomes, and regional performance.Use data insights to drive efficiency, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA / PGDM preferred) in Operations, Education Management, or related field.10-15 years of experience in Operations, Training Management, or Institutional Management (Education / Training / Skilling sector preferred).Proven leadership experience managing multi-location teams.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work across diverse stakeholders and handle large-scale operations.Key Competencies :
