Collections Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive collections strategy aligned with the company's business goals, regulatory frameworks, and operational objectives. Continuously review and refine collection approaches, including field collections and outbound calling, to improve effectiveness and recovery rates.
Team Leadership
Lead and manage Area Collection Managers, Collection Coordinators, and Feet on Street (FOS) teams. Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance team capabilities and overall productivity.Performance Monitoring
Define and track collection targets for various teams. Monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards, and implement performance-based incentive programs to achieve or exceed targets.Quality Assurance
Enforce high standards of quality control across all collection activities. Conduct regular audits of collection documentation and customer interactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and ethical conduct.Field Collaboration
Work closely with the field collection team to coordinate efforts between field-based and non-field-based teams. Provide the necessary tools, support, and resources to maximize field collection efficiency.Compliance and Regulation
Ensure that all collection practices are fully compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Stay current with updates in regulatory frameworks, particularly the RBI Code of Conduct and guidelines governing collections.Process Governance
Establish and implement standardized processes for collections across regions. Ensure a uniform customer experience while balancing recovery and compliance needs.Skills Required
