Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role as a Student Visa Counsellor based in Jalandhar Punjab. The Student Visa Counsellor will guide students and their families through the visa application process, provide personalized career and education counseling, and assist with documentation and compliance. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, responding to client queries, and ensuring that students are well-prepared for their study abroad journeys.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with the ability to guide students toward educational and career goals.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve queries.
• Background in Education or experience working in study abroad consultancies or related fields.
• Knowledge of visa processes for study, work, or tourist purposes is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in using CRM, MS Excel, Google Sheet and basic digital tools to manage documentation and communication.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to independently manage multiple client cases.
