HighRadius is seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Talent Management professional to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a very senior, individual contributor (IC) role that will be pivotal in designing and executing the next generation of our talent management framework. The primary focus will be on the implementation of a new, in-house developed, automated Performance Management System (PMS), and establishing best-in-class talent practices. This role is for a hands-on leader who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and ensure our talent practices are aligned with our ambitious business goals.
Responsibilities :
- Talent Framework Design & Implementation : Support in design and execution of a comprehensive talent management framework, including performance management, career pathing (vertical and lateral), succession planning and high-potential programs.
- Performance Management System (PMS) : Lead the planning and operation of bi-annual performance cycle through an in-house developed automated Performance Management System and framework. Continuously evaluate and identify process improvement opportunities. This includes requirements gathering and influencing the system configuration, testing, and rollout.
- Stakeholder & Change Management : Act as a key change agent within the organization. Develop and execute a robust change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition and high user adoption of new talent processes and systems. This involves managing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, from P&C stakeholder to business leaders.
- Talent Practices & Programs : Define, implement, and embed best practices in talent management. This includes developing tools, templates, and guidelines for performance reviews, talent calibration, career development and manager effectiveness.
- Data & Analytics : Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent programs, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to P&C and Business leadership.
- Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities to improve talent management processes and systems, leveraging feedback and industry best practices to drive a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications :
A master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, with a significant portion of that time in a senior, individual contributor role.Proven expertise in leveraging automated HR / Talent Management systems is mandatory.Experience in System implementation is a plus.Extensive knowledge of talent management principles, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and large-scale change management.Exceptional communication, influencing, writing and presentation skills.Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into practical talent solutions.
