Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the Salesforce integration with voice (PBX) and messaging services.
• Work closely with teams to design, implement, and validate the integration architecture.
• WebRTC Softphone dialer development or understanding of customization layer within salesforce.
• Enable click-to-call, SMS, and call logging features within Salesforce.
• Assist in configuring and deploying the solution on Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Salesforce for AppExchange listing and compliance approval.
• Support in establishing user mapping, authentication, and configuration workflows for end users.
