Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Lubricant Sales professional to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Tirupati, or Nellore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in the sales sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales with an emphasis on building long-term partnerships and increasing market share (Mandatory skill).
- Extensive product knowledge in lubricants, enabling you to communicate effectively and confidently with clients (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated success in lubricant sales with results-driven strategies to achieve targets and expand client base (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in solution selling, tailoring sales materials and approaches to meet specific client needs and overcome challenges.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to maintain and nurture client relationships for ongoing business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective presentations and negotiations with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members to strategize and implement sales plans.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
