Role Overview

As a

Business Analyst

in the IDC team, you will act as a critical link between business stakeholders and the technology team. You will gather and analyze business requirements, prepare functional documents, and support product development throughout the lifecycle. This role requires a mix of

banking domain knowledge , strong

analytical skills , and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Please note this role is mandate to possess

Core Banking / Payments / Banking Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and client stakeholders to

gather business requirements .

Create

Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) , and

User Stories .

Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure correct

interpretation and implementation

of requirements.

Analyze existing product modules and recommend enhancements or optimizations.

Participate in

client workshops, UAT planning , and

issue triaging .

Create

process flows, wireframes , and assist in defining UI / UX logic (where applicable).

Conduct

gap analysis

for banking products and regulatory compliance features.

Ensure requirements are

aligned with the IDC product roadmap

and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience

as a Business Analyst, preferably in

banking or fintech domains is mandatory.

Understanding of

Core Banking Systems , especially areas like

deposits, payments, virtual accounts, billing, or lending .

Familiarity with

Agile / Scrum methodologies

and

tools

like JIRA and Confluence.

Ability to write

clear, concise functional specifications

and user stories.

Strong

problem-solving and analytical skills .

Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and internal teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
