Role Overview

We're hiring an Engineering Manager with deep technical expertise, strong execution skills, and experience leading teams that deliver production-grade software. You'll work closely with Product and AI teams to drive architecture, delivery, and performance across backend systems that power our agentic automation platform.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You should be comfortable diving into code, designing scalable systems, and setting a high bar for engineering quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers delivering AI-integrated backend systems
• Design and review architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance
• Guide and unblock engineers across design, implementation, and deployment
• Ensure clean, well-tested code and solid system observability
• Partner with AI, DevOps, and Product to turn concepts into shipped features
• Drive planning, estimates, and team-level execution
• Own hiring, mentorship, and growth within your team
