Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks will include overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, team leadership, and client relationship management
• Skills in developing and executing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in market research, sales data analysis, and preparing sales reports
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
