HR Recruiter- International Hiring

About the Role -
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in international recruiting to join our HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top global talent across various roles and time zones, ensuring we attract candidates who align with our company culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for international roles across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions, cultural fit, and language proficiency.
- Coordinate interviews across time zones with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build talent pipelines for future international hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Stay up to date with international hiring trends, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.4–5 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on international or global hiring.Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.).Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work across multiple time zones, US shifts, UK Shifts and coordinate with international teams.Understanding of global hiring practices and employment regulations is a plus.Experience Required-
Experience recruiting in regions such as UK, North America, Europe, or the Middle East.Background in non tech, tech, IT,Multilingual or cross-cultural communication skills.What we offer-
