Position Overview

The Deputy Manager – Human Resources will support the HR leadership team in driving recruitment, employee engagement, training, compliance, and overall HR operations while upholding luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of hotel associates.
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
• Support training and development programs to ensure service excellence.
• Assist in performance management and career development initiatives.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR records.
• Partner with departmental managers to drive engagement and retention strategies.
