Telesales Executive

Position :

Tele Calling, Sales & Marketing Executive for

South India ( Strong proficiency in English is Must)

Job Location :

Vaishnodevi, Ahmedabad

Level of Experience required :

Minimum 1 year (Fresher not allowed)

Salary :

Based on experience and interview

Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell water softener products.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure business.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable water softening solutions.

Develop and execute sales strategies.

Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Track and report sales activities, leads, and results.

Requirements :

Strong proficiency in English

• . Additional knowledge of South Indian languages will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service (Experience in the water softener or related industry Preferred).

Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Gujarati, Hindi, English.

Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM tools.

A results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer service.
