We're looking for a Senior Director / AVP / VP – Product (Revenue & Growth) to lead PW's next phase of growth - driving user acquisition, conversion, and monetization through seamless, high-performing product experiences.
Your mission : build and scale the systems, funnels, and experiences that convert learning needs into commitment, and learners into loyal subscribers.
About the Role
As the Product Leader for Revenue & Growth , you'll own PW's end-to-end growth and monetization funnel - from user acquisition on the app to free-to-paid conversion, checkout optimization, upselling, and renewals.
You'll be responsible to build a single, unified growth function, ensuring seamless user journeys, unified data flows, and measurable impact across every stage of the funnel and unlock next wave of growth for PW.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role , where you'll drive measurable business impact through deep product thinking, experimentation, and revenue innovation, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Data Science, and Business teams.
What You'll Own :
- Lead the unified Revenue & Growth charter for PW's main app - owning metrics like signup success, activation rate, free-to-paid conversion, and renewal.
- Own and improve core growth KPIs , including :
- Acquisition Metrics : Signup success rate, CAC efficiency
- Activation Metrics : First session success, early engagement milestones
- Conversion Metrics : Free-to-paid conversion, checkout completion, funnel drop-offs
- Monetization Metrics : ARPU, upsell %, renewal rates, LTV / CAC ratio
- Architect scalable systems for :
- Conversion Optimization : Funnel experimentation, pricing tests, checkout flows
- Experimentation Pipelines : A / B and multivariate testing for funnel uplift
- Personalization Engines : Dynamic nudges and offers to maximize purchase intent
- Collaborate with Marketing to align acquisition efforts (SEO, referral, performance marketing) with in-app conversion goals.
- Partner with CRM and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead handling throughout the funnel.
- Build subscription and upsell frameworks that drive lifetime value and retention across learning categories.
- Drive a culture of data-driven growth , running structured experiments and tying every initiative to measurable ROI.
- Mentor and grow PMs across the revenue pod, building a high-performance, experimentation-driven product organization.
- Unify and lead all revenue product charters (SalesTech, Monetization, MarTech) under a single strategic vision.
What You Bring :
10+ years of Product Management experience , with at least 5+ years leading Growth, Monetization, or Conversion product teams at scale (1M+ MAU B2C preferred).Proven success in improving signup success, activation, conversion, and retention in high-scale consumer products.Deep experience in growth experimentation, funnel analytics, pricing, and conversion optimization.Hands-on expertise in A / B and multivariate testing , with a solid grasp of metrics, cohort analysis, statistical significance, and funnel diagnostics.Strong product sense for user motivation, purchase behavior, and monetization psychology.Strong collaboration & stakeholder management skills - aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams toward unified growth goals.Strategic yet execution-oriented mindset - able to balance long-term growth bets with rapid, iterative experimentation.Experience leading high-performance PM teams, fostering ownership and measurable impact.Good to Have : Working knowledge / Exposure to SEO, CRM systems, lead intelligence models, or counseling workflow optimization.Why This Role Matters :
