Role :

As an Associate Growth Manager, you’ll be part of the engine that drives our user and revenue growth. You’ll get to experiment across paid, organic, product, partnerships, and beyond. You’ll learn how to find what works, double down, and scale.

What You’ll Do :

• Run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Help manage campaigns across paid ads, social, email, SEO, content, and referrals.
• Analyse data to figure out what’s working (and what’s not), then optimize.
• Work closely with product, marketing and sales teams to improve funnels and conversions.
• Stay plugged into the latest growth hacks, tools, and channels.
