We are looking for a Growth Manager - D2C (Freshers / Max 2 Yrs Exp. We are currently scaling at an unsustainable, dizzying pace (30-40% month-over-month). You will be challenged, confused, frustrated, and demanded to think not just 2 steps, but 5 steps ahead. But in return, you will gain an understanding of D2C growth and the customer journey that few early-career professionals ever achieve.
This is a deep dive into the business where you will own foundational pillars of our growth :
- Retention Architect : Design and launch the complete retention strategy. Your initiatives must drastically increase our repeat customer rate.
- Customer Experience (CX) Owner : You own the CX charter. From handling grievances to perfecting the customer experience, you are the ultimate advocate who fights for the customer.
- Insights & Feedback Loop : You are the voice of the customer—conducting surveys, interviews, and translating this customer insight into concrete actions for marketing, product, and delivery improvements.
- Data Driver : This requires a serious analytical mindset. You will be managing the P&L and using data to find and scale every growth lever.
- Cross-Functional Hustler : You will be the glue, collaborating closely with Operations, Design, and NPD.
