HR Generalist (Female only)

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes , including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Address employee relations issues and act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
• Administer and oversee performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies , labor laws, and regulations.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Drive initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
