This role will deliver and manage HR services at India region. Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver all aspects of HR services during an employees life cycle, working collaboratively with a high performing HR team
• Lead on employee relations, engagement, wellness and other programs to make this a great place to work.
• Maintain employee data and transactions, using our Workday HR platform.
• Actively seek opportunities to build relationships, partner, and demonstrate the value we can deliver to our leaders.
• Execute, improve and enhance HR services we deliver in our largest Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree with at least 4 years of HR generalist / business partnering experience in a product based company.
• Ability to toggle between strategic planning, people centric design, and hands-on operational excellence
• Excellent record of working in a fast paced, high growth (preferably technology) organization
• High attention to detail and data integrity with strong analytical skills including understanding of metrics to support plans.
• Knowledge of HR Service processes and practices
• Excellent problem solving skills, and excited by new challenges and handling multiple priorities
