Position Summary :
The Manufacturing Operations Functional Analyst provides ongoing end-user holistic support for applications supporting manufacturing operations processes (, Advance Planning and Scheduling systems, ERP engineering and manufacturing module, Manufacturing Execution System) during implementations projects, as well as business as usual activities. He / She works with the users to perform the analysis of business requirements and system enhancements, addresses them preparing functional and technical specifications, solves issues and identify their root causes to prevent them in future.
Key Duties
- Support manufacturing operations applications’ end-user
- resolve incidents and problems related to manufacturing operations area, including Oracle EBS manufacturing module, APS and MES
- lead or participate in root cause analysis / corrective action for critical issues and incidents
- lead the deployment of enhancements in manufacturing operations’ applications area (, Oracle EBS, APS, MES, etc.) particularly in the designing, building, testing, implementation and stabilization phases
- develop test plans to ensure proper system functionality and defects free release and meet business requirements; maintain systems to ensure reliability and performance
- lead and support the deployment service requests (change requests) ensuring solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and identify / document functional gaps, maintaining documentation for changes made to systems
- collaborate with the Project Management Office to estimate the delivery timelines, estimate resourcing needs, and identify risks & issues upfront
- monitor, support and enhance software integrations in manufacturing operations’ area (, ERP-APS, ERP-MES, MES-manufacturing automation)
- cooperate with colleagues on other team in order to design harmonized solutions
- conduct ongoing quality reviews and analysis of data in all systems in manufacturing operation processes area; identifies data quality issues and escalates for corrective actions
- support and contribute on digital innovation initiatives for the manufacturing operations area
- take part in digitalization projects as subject matter expert for manufacturing processes
- work effectively with remote team members, outsourced resources, and users to complete tasks.
Experience :
5-7 years of experience on Oracle EBS engineering and manufacturing area5-7 years of experience on Advanced Planning and Scheduling and Manufacturing Execution SystemsBachelor’s degree or equivalentInternational experienceExperience in an international System Integrator company is a plusBasic Skills
