Reinforce Value Proposition, Messaging and Thought leadership. Create, curate, and distribute compelling brand narratives, ensuring consistent messaging across all social channels, to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Leverage story-telling approach to keep audiences engaged
Engage the Community. Work with the content and creative teams to develop engaging social-first content, including blog snippets, videos, infographics, executive insights, and customer success stories
Support Demand Generation Program. Partner with the demand generation and sales teams to create targeted social media campaigns that drive lead generation and contribute to the sales pipeline. Manage paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads) for lead acquisition, retargeting, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives.
Empower Employee Advocacy Program. Develop and implement social media strategies for employees to participate in social media advocacy, brand amplification and thought leadership positioning needs
Partnership and Collaboration. Partner with internal teams, partners external agencies and influencers to amplify reach, nurture and strengthen engagement with the community
Analytics and Optimisation. Use analytics to measure impact of the various social media programs and campaigns and provide actionable insights. Continuously test and optimise social strategies based on performance data.
