Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cloud & DevOps Technical Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team for an exciting internal project focused on managing the delivery of KTLO and KTSC across global locations.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating and partnering with business units, clients, development teams, and platform teams to ensure necessary changes and issues are addressed with the right priority and importance, while focusing on security, reliability, and maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and partner with business units, clients, development teams, and platform teams to ensure all necessary changes / issues are taken up with the right priority and importance
- Focus on security, reliability, and maintainability
- Work jointly with developers and designers to prioritize, plan, and execute Quarterly Priorities
- Create timelines, manage scope creep, and eliminate blockers with teams
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with team and partners to align with enterprise standards and best practices
- Provide transparency via governance reporting, artifact management, and recurring reviews
- Continuous improvement, value additions, proactive thinking
- Manage a team of engineers spread across multiple geographies (India, Australia, Columbia, Ukraine, Spain, US)
- Act as an owner to ensure we gain confidence from customer, proactive, hungry and humble
