Senior Engineer Design For Alloy Wheel manufacturing Company

We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer - Design to join our Alloy Wheel manufacturing company . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in New Product Design & Development , with expertise in 3D modeling, 2D Drawing , and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) . This role requires a professional who can align product roadmaps with business strategies, manage innovation through applied R&D, and ensure designs are profitable and compliant with group norms.

Key Responsibilities

• New Product Design & Development : Lead New Product Design & Development initiatives for alloy wheels. You will be responsible for creating and validating designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Technical Expertise : Utilize your proficiency in 3D modeling, 2D Drawing , and GD&T . You must be skilled in using industry-standard software such as CATIA, Creo , and NX .
• Innovation & IP Management : Drive Applied R&D & Innovation Management to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry. You will also be involved in Intellectual Property Management related to new designs.
• Strategic Alignment : Ensure the alignment of Product Roadmaps with the company's Business LTP's (Long-Term Plans) . This includes targeting product profitability and managing the Engineering Budget in line with group norms.
