Responsibilities :

• Apply core mechanical engineering principles to design challenges.
• Utilize knowledge of material science and processing methods (metals, polymers, composites, etc.) in product design.
• Create and optimize product designs using SolidWorks (preferred).
• Define technical specifications and design requirements.
• Must develop, evaluate, and optimize mechanical and electromechanical components, assemblies, and systems aligned with customer and business needs.
• Drive continuous process improvements by collaborating across teams and analysing workflows.
• Communicate key technical updates clearly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of development, including requirements, protocols, evaluations, and reports.
• Coordinate with external vendors to support development activities.
• Builds a strong collaborative culture across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree (BE / B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience :

3 - 4 years of relevant experience in product design and development.
