Senior Product owner Revenue cycle :

Mentor product analysts and product owners and drive the adoption of product best practices.

Education and Experience Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

6–9+ years of experience in data product management, business intelligence, or analytics-focused roles.

CSPO Certification preferred

Proven experience leading cross-functional product development teams in an Agile environment.

Moderate to advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.

Strong background in dashboarding and reporting tools (Power BI preferred), with knowledge of data warehouse environments such as Snowflake.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Strategic thinking with the ability to align data product initiatives to business outcomes.

Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and analytics use cases.

Expertise in Agile product development and backlog management using Azure DevOps.

Strong data literacy; able to converse fluently with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.

Experience working in a remote team environment, with strong self-management and organization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.

Ability to read, understand, and apply state / federal laws, regulations, and policies.

Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.

Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
