Senior Java Developer :

Location : Pune, India (Hybrid)

Experience : 8+ years

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance Java-based applications.
• Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and optimise performance across systems.
• Conduct and participate in detailed code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
• Define and implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline CI / CD pipelines and deployment processes.
