Position Overview :
The IT Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting IT products and services. The role requires a combination of technical understanding and strategic selling skills to achieve revenue targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in software, hardware, or IT services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT solutions such as Cloud, Networking, Security, ERP / CRM, or Managed Services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
