π Rotational Shifts :
8 AM β 5 PM | 10 AM β 7 PM | 12 PM β 9 PM | 2 PM β 11 PM | 11 PM β 8 AM
π« No night shifts for females
What Youβll Do :
- Manage calls & emails with travel agents, suppliers & internal teams
- Handle booking queries, amendments & escalations
- Negotiate best terms with suppliers
- Resolve operational issues & ensure booking conversions
- Maintain high service & follow-up standards
What You Bring :
πΌ Travel industry ops / customer care experience
π£ English & Hindi fluency
β± Flexible for rotational shifts
π Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
