To know more, visit : Job Summary : Oversee the entire plant operations of Lucro Plastecycle Private Limited, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, compliance and cost optimization. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, improving production processes, and driving operational excellence aligned with organizational goals. Who are we looking for? A seasoned operations professional with strong leadership skills, experience in plant management, and a proven ability to manage people, processes, and performance. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can balance productivity with sustainability. Requirements : ∙ Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering / Operations / Management. ∙ 10–12 years of experience in plant operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role. ∙ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning and plant maintenance. ∙ Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) compliance, ISO standards and lean manufacturing. ∙ Excellent leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills. ∙ Ability to manage budgets, optimize resources and achieve operational KPIs. What you’ll be responsible for : 1. Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day plant operations to meet production targets. 2. Ensure adherence to quality standards, cost controls, and timelines. 3. Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies. 4. Lead a large workforce, ensuring training, motivation, and productivity. 5. Drive continuous process improvement, efficiency, and waste reduction. 6. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. 7. Maintain compliance with statutory, legal, and industry regulations. 8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management. You will have an added advantage if : ∙ You have worked in or have an understand of waste management industry. ∙ You can understand English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi. ∙ Good temperament to face difficult situations both internally and externally.
