Qualification : B.E. – Electronics / IT / Computer Networks preferred

Role Summary :

Energetic, communication-driven engineer responsible for coordinating and resolving escalations across NOC, MPLS, ILL, Cloud, and network domains.

The role demands agility, structured follow-ups, and strong collaboration across technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the end-to-end resolver for all technical escalations and critical issues.
• Coordinate seamlessly between NOC, Telco, Field, and Customer Care teams for swift resolution.
• Track and manage all open cases, maintaining daily closure and progress reports.
• Prepare and maintain review trackers, MoMs, and performance dashboards for the NOC / Network teams.
• Conduct and drive daily stand-up reviews with HOD, ensuring accountability and timely actions.
• Document and communicate end-to-end resolutions, ensuring constant follow-up until complete closure.
