Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full hiring process — from job requisition, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Tech & Non-Tech Hiring : Recruit across diverse functions, including technical roles (software developers, engineers, data scientists) and non-technical roles (HR, marketing, operations, etc.).
- Talent Sourcing : Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Screening & Interview Coordination : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and align on recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience : Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and an organized hiring journey.
- Offer Management & Onboarding : Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
- Reporting & Analytics : Track recruitment metrics, share insights with stakeholders, and recommend data-driven improvements to hiring processes.
